My Experience with Body odour



Dear readers, how do you manage sweat? How do you manage body odour? How do you use your cologne? Do you know that body odour is caused by bacteria’s? Most young girls and boys are seen having a yellowish stain underneath their arms because of retained sweat, sometimes after a long day activity the fragrance of your body isn’t one which can attract someone to you, sometimes after scrubbing hard to clean every part of the body some people do end having bad smell. Some even when they apply anti-perspirant they also end up with bad smell because it wasn’t probably applied.



I once knew someone who had a very strong bad smell, she was neat outwardly and inwardly but then she had a bad fragrance just because she wasn’t lectured on the using of anti-perspirant and cologne and even when she started using it she wasn’t using it properly as ought to be, she can exhaust six cans a week. True!
I will be listing some guide to help you know your smell, how you can wear them and a few do’s and don’ts.

What are anti-perspirant?
A substance that is applied to the skin, especially under the arms to prevent or reduce perspiration.

How to Wear Anti-Perspirant
1. Have a good bath, washing your body and underarms
2. Make sure your body is properly toweled.
3. Apply your antiperspirant underarms.

Do’s and Don’ts
1. Do not apply to wet skin after a shower (Always make your body totally dried even between your toes before application.
2. Don’t apply on pubic areas.
3. Do not apply on shirts.
4. Do apply also at night.
