Do You Experience Excruciating Pains while Menstrating?

I guess you are a menstrual cramper. How has your experience been? Solution yet?. Menstrual cramps are pains which results from toxic menstruation, these pains are notable during your cycle. Most girls feel depressed, tormented, cry a lot, some experiences; back pains, appetite cravings, nausea, bloating, breast pain, severe headaches and acne within this days and as such forced to stay at home.

I once visited the doctor’s some years back and reported how tough my cramp is, she had asked if my mother had such pains whilst seeing hers, my answer was a no, mum’s menstrual flow is normal she can do whatever she likes when on her period but I can’t. My menstrual cramp experience is actually a wawu, my stomach aches so badly, at times I even cry because I can’t handle it, I will always pray for it to be quickly round off so I can go on to my normal days, and when this cramps start I try to maintain a particular sleeping position which includes; sleeping one sided, raising a foot, placing hot towels on my stomach down to my lower abdomen, lying front flat, drinking hot coffee (Lipton) and black pepper. All this helps in reducing the pain for a while but the pain doesn’t disappear totally, sometimes while sleeping and it prompts up everywhere immediately looks hot as I sometimes wrap up the bed sheet and fling it out of the bed. What an experience!!

During this period, I have learnt that proper attention to your body really matters as there might be something you are actually not doing right. Do you know that I found out that my intake of sugar was the cause of my pains, I will definitely give you 500 points and more in a coca cola competition, you just don’t dare me! I found out that my incessant take of coca cola pushes my cycle out before the actual date.

Dear youth moments readers, some cause of painful cramps can include;
1. high sugar consumption
2. vaginal infections (its different variations)
3. Infection from tampons due to its long stay accommodating blood
4. High alcohol intake etc.

 There is need for you to pay good attention to your body because a truism goes that “Health is Wealth”. Visit the doctor’s and have that proper medical check.
Do note that menstrual cramps are also natural as well and might not include any of the aforementioned, but if the pains proceeds the normal, please do visit a doctor. Remember the saying a problem shared is half-solved, please do leave your experiences in the comment box.

My Experience with Body odour

Dear readers, how do you manage sweat? How do you manage body odour? How do you use your cologne? Do you know that body odour is caused by bacteria’s? Most young girls and boys are seen having a yellowish stain underneath their arms because of retained sweat, sometimes after a long day activity the fragrance of your body isn’t one which can attract someone to you, sometimes after scrubbing hard to clean every part of the body some people do end having bad smell. Some even when they apply anti-perspirant they also end up with bad smell because it wasn’t probably applied. I once knew someone who had a very strong bad smell, she was neat outwardly and inwardly but then she had a bad fragrance just because she wasn’t lectured on the using of anti-perspirant and cologne and even when she started using it she wasn’t using it properly as ought to be, she can exhaust six cans a week.
