Sundays aside every
other day are for fun, rest and time to engage with love ones before embarking into
the new week, It can be a great chance to reflect and be more introspective
about bigger issues. My Sunday routines could be any of this, you could also try them out;
1. Filling my plates with
food
2. Go on a Movie spree
3.Sleeping
4. Play games (Chess,
monopoly, cards etc)
5. Have some old school fun
6. Hang out with old or new
friends.
7. Check out a new spot
8. A walk with your dog
9.No room for negative
thoughts all positive
10. Listen to good music
11. Meditate
