Will you try this recipe this saturday?

Since it is Saturday already, you might try this not-so new recipe of beans porridge. It requires cheap ingredients, which includes;

1. Beans.
2. Peak milk tin.
3. Knorr cubes.
4. Pepper.
5. Fresh tomatoes.
6. Onions.
7. Salt.
8. Water.
9. Palm oil.

Cooking Directions;

1. Parboil the beans.
2. Fry the palm oil.
3. Add a pinch of salt.
4. Add onions and stir.
5. Add blended tomatoes and pepper (stir).

********** simmer for minutes *********

6. Pour the cooked beans into the prepared sauce and stir.
7. Add your peak milk.
8. Cook for few minutes…
.
It can be served with fried plantain, chicken or pap.
